TianJin Ya Xing Metal
Casting Limited Company ,which was set up in the beginning
of the 1990’s,used to be called Tian Jin Ya Xing Motorbike
spares Limited Company .With the development of market
economy ,our company keeps renovating managing of 3 million
pieces, becoming one of the large stale enterprises in the
same field in Tianjin.
Our company produces aluminum alloy
products, mainly providing water pump shell for American ASC
industries ,starter cover and generator cover for tianJin
Denso Engine Electrical products Company.
Our company has a fairly high capacity
of designing molds and advanced technical equipment ,being
able to design to medium(125T-630T)size equipments of
casting and surface processing ,numerical control milling
machine ,numerical control lathe ,electrical spark molding
machine tool ,line casting machine tool .We have special and
ordinary machine tools for lathing ,milling ,digging ,boring
and drilling and an advanced measuring instrument .We
mastered such high technology as three-dimensional drawing
of molds and numerical controlled manufacture ,using kinds
of advanced facilities ,like automatic drawing instrument,
projector and communicating with customers via internet .The
company has a well-trained staff, veering the areas from
administration to engineering technology, half of whom are
skilled workers, We adopt advanced managing system , so in
the November of 2002, We passed the test of ISO9001:2000 .
For years ,we have been taking an active part in the market
competition with our satisfying products and service and we
have established and maintained partnership with enterprises
at home and abroad ,which has gained economic profits and
